“On 12 September 1987 Fr. Broussard arrived in Australia and joined the newly established Order of Saint Charbel. The Order proposed itself as a “new form of consecrated life”. In order to be approved by the Holy See in the Vatican, as a Catholic Religious Order, it was necessary to have a Rule and Constitution. At that point, there was only a  six page “shell” document. A Rule and Constitution would establish the nature and purpose of the Order, as well as its governance and relationship to the Church Hierarchy …”

It will be in the quiet Adoration Chapels – they will not be ignored. As well, I will grant to this House of Prayer and to all My Charbelite Houses of Prayer all over the world, extraordinary favours. They will be immutable and from them, more little Houses of Prayer will spring up. I promise, our numbers are small, but our people are great and our numbers will grow ... You may, as people come to you and I will send them to you, direct them. You will see; you will see greater mistakes in the Mass, as what is occurring in Rome, will be promoted throughout the world. We are prepared to take them on ... here and now. You do not scandalize me; you do not scandalize My Mass. If you see something and you act forthrightly on My behalf, you are defending Me and it is not an outrage. I am with you – I am with all of you; I am with all of My all of you’s all over the world. I Bless you and I Love you and My Blessings will pour down on you ...”

I tell you most solemnly, My dear children, out of all the many millions that are baptized in the Trinity, only few have accepted God’s Word in its entirety. There are about fifty (50) million people who accept My Word. The rest of the world lay dormant, because mankind have forgotten their God and it saddens My Sacred Heart and the Heart of My most Holy Mother.” ... OUR LADY: “Pope Francis is making a decision which will bring great disunity amongst the true believers of My Divine Son and this will come in the coming year. Many of Our children will be given Light, to understand what is occurring in the Church and many will come to believe in the Truth and come to understand that Jesus, My Divine Son, will soon return to the Earth ...”
