... This dam is being operated unsafely to the industry norms of margin of safety. Yet the Governor of California is more concerned about receiving Federal reimbursement monies from the spillway failure earlier this year such that new Laws were recently written to keep other potentially risk failing dam information secret from the public. The appointed directors, in DWR, that are in charge of oversight and operations of many dams in California are also keeping information secret from the public.
