Dear President Trump,

May you and Vice President Pence continue in the grace and blessings of Jesus.

I write today in urgency with regarding to the highest dam in the United States. It is in a crisis in repairs from major failures, failures that have now found that could have been avoided.

Our nation is United in States, and California is a family member in this blessed Union of States with its families, resources, the great supply of agricultural products, and the brave men and women that serve in bases throughout the state and our country.

As a family that stands together to help its members of this union, the American people are always giving in seeking to help other families in need. So too is the desire to help the millions who may be affected in California by this crisis at the dam.

As a responsible father oversees the protection of his family, the moment is arising where action needs to be taken to secure the protection of our state family in California.

Some are choosing again to take the unwise & unfortunate risks to this dam in decisions of those who seek to keep failures, flaws, and other deeds private. There are plenty of new reports that clearly identify this recurring path, and the risks being chosen by those that affect not only California via this dam, it affects all of America.

For it is better for the full truth to be revealed in opening up documentation, recognizing past mistakes, serious flaws, and operational failures, in order to move forward to correctly make safe this dam.

I can attest to the engineering data & these reports as I have been intimately involved in discovering and researching information that is being withheld from the public. However, there are those, and likely the one, that may advise in the true spirit of honesty, integrity, and with the heart of the American People. The one, this “failure analysis expert” and expert in structural systems, who’s advice has helped the US understand and rectify outcomes in the levee disasters of Katrina, Shuttle disasters, the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and numerous other failures, is of pure heart and will speak with expert knowledge and frankness on the latest situation faced with this current dam crisis and risks being taken.
