“Sa araw na ito hiling kong ipaalala sa inyo na ang mundo ay nanonood sa kung ano ang pinayagan ninyo sa bansang Ukraina. Aking tinanong kayo noon kung huli na ba para kumilos at ipagtanggol ang Nasyon? Ito noo'y isang bansang maluwag ang kaoobang sumali sa Unyong Europeo ng 27 na mga Nasyon, ngunit dahil sa banta ng ang Rusiya ay naglalagay ng panggigipit, hindi sila makakapag. Ngunit unawain ang mga karapatang pantao ng Nasyon: Ang Rusya ay hindi maaaring labagin ang pagkakawatak-watak ng tao. Kayo na may pinanindigan ang pagkakaisa ng Europa, kailangan ninyong ipagtanggol ang bansa ng Ukraina sa pamamagitan ng hindi lamang sa pagbibigay ng armas sa kanila upang lumaban, ngunit kailangan ninyong pagbantaan si Rusiya na sasalakayin nyo ang Rusiya kung ito ay magpapatuloy, sapagkat, mahal kong mga kaibigan, ang Rusiya ay nagsimula na ng Ikatlong Digmaang Pandaigdig …”

“Today I wish to remind you that the world is watching what you allowed in the country of Ukraine. I asked you before if it is too late to act and defend the Nation? It was a country willing to join the European Union of the 27 Nations, but because of the threat of Russia putting pressure, they cannot. But understand the Nation’s human rights: Russia cannot violate the human disunity. You who have upheld the unity of Europe, you need to defend the country of Ukraine by not only giving the arms to them to fight, but you need to threaten Russia that you will invade Russia if it continues, because, my dear friends, Russia has started the Third World War …”

“Dnes vám chcem pripomenúť, že svet sleduje, čo ste dovolili v krajine Ukrajina. Už som sa vás pýtal, či už nie je neskoro konať a brániť národ? Bola to krajina ochotná vstúpiť do Európskej únie 27 národov, ale kvôli hrozbe tlaku Ruska to nemôžu. Ale pochopte ľudské práva národa: Rusko nemôže porušovať ľudskú nejednotu. Vy, ktorí ste presadzovali jednotu Európy, musíte brániť Ukrajinu tým, že im nielenže dáte zbrane do boja, ale musíte Rusku pohroziť, že ak to bude pokračovať, napadnete Rusko, lebo, moji drahí priatelia, Rusko začalo tretiu svetovú vojnu …”
