APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL HELP

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We write to respectfully appeal to the generosity of those who believe in the innocence of Mr William Costellia and who wish to support his ongoing legal defence.

There are many supporters of William who firmly believe in his innocence and remain committed to ensuring that he receives a fair trial and every opportunity to present his defence before the Court.

Mr Costellia’s trial is presently proceeding before a Judge-alone Criminal Court in Sydney. The trial commenced on 22 June 2026. Although originally expected to conclude within approximately one month, it has since been extended and remains ongoing.

The continued conduct of the defence requires the ongoing engagement of Senior Counsel, barristers and solicitors. As with any lengthy criminal trial, substantial legal costs continue to be incurred throughout the proceedings.

Any financial contribution, whether large or small, would be received with sincere gratitude and applied towards the costs of Mr Costellia’s legal defence.

Upon request, Bishop Broussard will provide the trust account details of Mr. Costellia’s legal representatives so that any contribution may be made directly to the solicitors’ trust account.
